Passive Fundraising

PASSIVE FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE organizes, promotes, and manages various merchant partnerships that allow us to receive a percentage of the amount you spend on certain products or at various stores.  Easy to do and easy to start! One simple click away in helping TPSA support classrooms, clubs, and other activities with the rewards we receive from what you normally do and use every day! 

Please take a look at the options below...its as easy as cutting out a Box Top or registering a credit card. Trivium will be rewarded with money to support classrooms, clubs and other activities. The Fundraising Committee and TPSA thanks you!

Box Tops 4 Education	Cut out the symbol from the packaging and bring them in to your child's classroom.  We now have containers in each classroom to collect them.  Also, look for our school at the link and find other ways to earn money for our school. The school receives 10 cents for each boxtop.  http://www.boxtops4education.com
Campbell’s labels for Education	Clip and save UPCs and beverage caps from participating products. Turn them in to your child's classroom - when the whole school participates, the points really add up! Our school can redeem Labels for Education points for FREE educational resources! TPSA will earn our choice of educational products.  http://www.labelsforeducation.com.  Also sign up for http://www.elabelsforeducation.com and all you have to do is SHOP SWIPE EARN. No cutting required (although if you do clip the labels we earn double points!)
Frys	Our Trivium Cool Cash barcodes have arrived.  Print out and present one of these barcodes to the Fry's cashier.  One is for Trivium Preparatory Academy, the second is for Archway Classical Academy - Trivium.  The cashier will scan your school’s “COOL CA$H” barcode and your V.I.P card, which will automatically attach the school to your card.  ” COOL CA$H” runs from September 1, 2012 to April 27, 2013. Once your V.I.P card has been signed up, every time you use your card through April 27, 2013, all of your purchases will automatically be credited to Trivium.
Safeway	Login to www.eScrip.com  create an account then connect your Safeway card and any other shopper cards they offer to Trivium Preperatory Academy and we'll get paid when you shop. An average Safeway customer donates $5/month just buying groceries.
Target: Take Charge of Education	Connect your Red Card (debit card connected to your checking account) or Target Visa to our school and we'll receive 1% of all your purchases.  Select either Archway or Prep when you enroll and all you need to do is shop...the school will earn money. Family Nights

FAMILY NIGHTS COMMITTEE is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Family Nights. Family Nights is a “night out” with other Trivium families, friends, and staff, and also a chance to raise money for our school. We partner with a local restaurant or business for a given night. In exchange for supporting our local businesses, the businesses donate a portion of the proceeds back to our school.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting to promote the events and distributing the flyers on the day of the event to our Trivium families.

Scrip Program

SCRIP PROGRAM COMMITTEE manages and coordinates the Scrip Gift Card Program.  Scrip is a term that means “substitute money.”  When you purchase scrip, you’re purchasing negotiable gift certificates or prepaid cards that are used just like cash.  With every purchase, you earn revenue for our school.  Get started!

Tax Credit Drive

Archway Trivium and Trivium Preparatory Academies ask every family in the Trivium community to participate in our two annual fundraising campaigns. The Community Investment campaign supports our academic model in the classroom. The Tax Credit drive supports our extra-curricular programs. Together these two efforts are vital to the health of the school and our ability to provide a full and enriching education to every student.
